Silence-Lotto Leaving nothing to chance The cobbled Classics can be as demanding on team support vehicles as they are on the racers. Vehicle supplier to the Silence-Lotto team, Skoda, have reduced the chances of the team's leader for these races, Leif Hoste being stranded without support if he has a problem on a difficult stretch of road by supplying two specially designed Octavia 4x4's. The chassis of the two vehicles have been raised by four centimetres from the standard to give more ground clerance. They will go into service for this Saturday's GP E3 at Harelbeke and will be used right through to the biggest and the most brutal Classic of them all, Paris-Roubaix on April 13.
