BikesFlandria returns
Available in the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, this year’s Ronde van Vlaanderen will see the famous Flandria name return to Belgium after an absence of over 25 years.
To
mark the occasion, perhaps the most famous name associated with Flandria,
2 x World Champion Freddy Maertens, will be presented with one of the
new breed of Flandria bicycles. True to the heritage of the original cycles,
but at the same time
technically advanced, utilizing the best
construction materials and techniques
available in the 21st Century.
The presentation will take place at the
Centre Ronde van Vlaanderen – Time to
Be Confirmed.
Look out for the Flandria Racing Team
support vehicle over the weekend.

riding a new Flandria bike - the legend is back. He was presented
with his new machine by Flandria Bike director Adam Longworth at the
Centrum Ronde van Vlaanderen before the 2008 edition of the famous
race. |
